Terms of Service

By installing or using FocusLab AI (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app is provided by Cloudspark Yazılım A.Ş. (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@focuslabai.app.

You must be at least 17 years old to use FocusLab AI. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@focuslabai.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

• FocusLab AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store. Prices vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Subscription management is processed by RevenueCat. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activity or to harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically harvest content
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or subscription gates
• Use the AI coach to generate harmful, illegal, or hateful content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the app

FocusLab AI is a productivity coach, not a medical, mental health, or therapy service. The AI coach is built with explicit boundaries that prevent it from diagnosing conditions, recommending medications, or providing medical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or need professional support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or your local crisis helpline. In the EU, dial 116 123. In the US, call or text 988.

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Use your judgment before acting on any suggestion.

The app, its design, content (excluding your user-generated entries), and trademarks are owned by Cloudspark Yazılım A.Ş. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you create in the app (tasks, journal entries, mood entries, coach conversations) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate the app on your behalf.

FocusLab AI uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, OneSignal, and Apple platform services. Their terms apply where relevant. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. AI features depend on Azure OpenAI uptime and may be briefly unavailable during incidents. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will meet your needs or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) 50 USD.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Active subscriptions cancelled by us will be refunded for the unused portion to the extent required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
